The Hilton Garden Inn specializes in accommodating intimate weddings and receptions for up to 80 guests. It is our pleasure to offer an elegant and affordable alternative where you choose the amenities. Our event staff will be pleased to guide you every step of the way. We also specialize in accommodating wedding parties, spoiling everyone on your list with spacious rooms, beautifully landscaped grounds and stress-relieving swimming and fitness facilities. We are pleased to offer discounted group rates for blocks of rooms for your wedding guests. If you book 10 or more rooms, we will be happy to give you a complimentary suite for either the Bride and Groom, or their designated party (terrific thank you gift for Mom & Dad!) complete with complimentary breakfast for two.
It's All In The Details
Location:
Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony and Reception Location (We do not double book on your wedding day,
so you have the entire day at your disposal from 8 am to 11 pm.)
Setup, Clean Up, Staff:
Complete setup and clean-up for intimate and elegant wedding ceremony and reception
Rosewood Room Rental: Call and we would be happy to set you up with one of our wedding professionals to take you on a site visit and give you a custom quote on your wedding reception.
Dance Floor Rental:
$50 (We take care of the set up and tear down. You don’t have to lift a finger.)
Linens:
Complimentary linens are crème and gold. Any other colors you may want are available at an additional charge. The Bride can choose how she wants the tables to look. Normally we set up a head table plus round tables with linens, 2 tables for gifts, 2 tables for the cake and cake service.
Dinner Buffet or Plated Dinner Reception:
Please refer to catering menu options. No outside food or beverages are allowed. The exceptions are a wedding cake.
Cake Service:
Set up fee is $50 which includes china, silverware and a server.
Beverage:
Cash bar –$150 an hour / 2 hour minimum for bartender. Wine and champagne may be purchased from the Hilton Garden Inn and placed on tables without having to purchase the cash bar as an economical option. No outside alcoholic beverages can be brought in.
Champagne Toast:
$15 per bottle
One bottle of champagne per table for toast. (No extra "corking fees" to worry about!)

Some décor options at an additional price include arches decorated with greenery, white columns, white lattice panels, greens, floral wedding decorations for columns and centerpieces, chiffon draped on columns, heart shaped candelabra, small white lights, white Samsonite molded fiberglass chairs, and floating candles on the water in swimming pool.
