The Dress was beautiful. My sister bought her dress there. The girl that helped us with our dresses was more interested in talking about her upcoming wedding and what she wanted in a dress than helping find our styles. The Manager was always too busy to be bothered by customers or her own employees. It didn;t matter what day we were there, she was always busy and looked annoyed. We almost left but my sister found the dress for me. I didn't have to look anywhere else. The price was in the right range. The quality and detail were just perfect. I loved the dress, the alterations were easy and went so smooth. Just don't expect great customer service.

I had a great experience my first time in. I worked with a girl by the name of Jolie. The purchasing process was great and Jolie kept me informed with the progress of my dress. When I stopped receiving calls and had no idea when my dress was going to be in. I called them. Jolie no longer worked there so I was sad to hear the news but kind of peeved that no one else took over and had me as their bride even if they didn't originally sell the dress to me. My dress came in and was absolutely perfect for me. I wasn't sure if I need alterations or not so I scheduled an appointment. The manager helped me put my dress on but she managed to make the dress baggy on me. I thought I lost weight but once I met with the alterations lady she asked if that's how I wanted my dress tied up. I had no idea what she was talking about and then she fixed it the way it was supposed to be. My dress fitted me perfectly with no alterations so they were not needed. I was annoyed and figured the manager wanted to bring in some more money into her store. I know she knows how to tie a dress up properly, after all she is the manager! I'm glad the alterations lady was completely honest and she was absolutely sweet. Overall it was a great experience but there are few things that do need to be worked out.

Everyone was wonderful to help me find a dress but as soon as I had purchased the dress they were kind of rude to me, I loved my dress and it was a dream! The Seamstress was very nice and wonderful but after you have paid the service went down hill.

I fell in love with the dress of my dreams!! They measured me and I even tried on the size in a similar dress to make sure the size was right.The dress came in and they made us pay the rest of the balance before I even saw the dress (red flag no. 1), then proceeded to tell me that they didn't even recognize me cause I lost so much weight (I didn't loose any weight AT ALL red flag no. 2). I try on the dress it's two sizes to big and they said there is nothing they could do about it but give it to their tailor. They then proceeded to tell me that it would cost at least 300 dollars because it's so large. So we took the dress and are not letting them touch it and will not be giving them anymore business. I was going to order bridesmaids dresses with them but don't want my bridesmaids to spend 150 on the dress and then get charged an arm and a leg for alterations that probably could have been avoided if they ordered the right dress. My advice is stick to the smaller boutiques and stay away from Alfred Angelo!!!

I had found my dress a couple of years before I even got engaged. I was shopping for my sister's wedding! When it was finally my turn, I went back to Alfred Angelo to get my dress! Kim remembered who I was, and immediatly remembered my dress! She helped me find the right accessories and shoes! When it came down to picking my bridsmaids, she helped us with all of that as well! She helped me pick the perfect everything! When it was time to order my girls dresses, she made sure that everyones was correct! She told me that I could go ahead and make my fitting appointment so I could have that out of the way! When I was there for my fitting, she looked and made sure that I was happy with everything. A month later, when I picked up my dress, she helped me into it, and made sure that someone knew how to bustle it! I love these girls, and I wouldn't have traded them for anything!

I found the PERFECT gown exactly in my budget! It was like the 4th dress I tried on!

Wedding dress was so beautiful, arrived in time and fit perfectly. Staff was friendly, and went out of their way to accomodate my out of town brides maids. I would deffinately recommend this ladies to make your special day go off without a hitch!

I bought my wedding dress here and was very satisfied. I had to buy a dress that was on sale because i waited too long to have one ordered. The saleslady found me the perfect dress. The alterations were about $200, and all i had done was a hem and bustle but my dress was gorgeous!

The people who assisted me at Alfred Angelo were so helpful and patient. Great price and great product.

I purchased my wedding dress from Alfred Angelo and I absolutly loved the ladies there. They were wonderful and the whole shop was like a family when it came to giving their opinions on the dresses. I loved it! I think their prices are great for the quality of dresses they have.

I bought my wedding dress from this store. They do have many beautiful dresses, but after dealing with the employees I wish I had gone somewhere else. I paid $100 to have several cheap little snaps replaced and the seamstress didn't even do it. So 5 days before the wedding we have to wait an hour for her to come fix it. And several buttons were missing and ribbons were frayed. When informed of this and told that this shouldn't be found in such an expensive dress, the asst. manager stated, "That's your opinion and you're entitled to it."‎

I bought my dress from Alfred Angelo because it was the gown of my dreams. I did, however, look at several other shops after finding the dress because I was unhappy with the service and would have preferred to purchase my dress elsewhere. I felt like the ladies were unprofessional and spoke loudly about money and sizes in front of strangers in the store and my bridal party. They ordered one of my bridesmaid's dresses two sizes too big and tried to talk me into getting a dress two sizes bigger than the one I tried on. I ended up ordering the size I tried on, and I didn't require any alterations. My 5 bridesmaids also ordered their dresses on the same day but received them at different times over a month. If you plan to get your dress here, be ready to do your own following up, and make sure you know what size you want to avoid ridiculous alteration costs.

I love the ladies at Alfred Angelo. They helped make our wedding, the wedding of my dreams. They were so attentive. They made sure that I was 100 percent satisfied! Thank you ladies!

My experience with this store was wonderful, until I acutally purchased my dress. After that they didn't seem to care anymore about helping me or my bridesmaids. They actually ordered my dress too small and then told me I could pay their seamstress almost 200$ to alter it to the proper size. They knew it was their mistake and still didn't offer to fix it. Every time we went in to the store, even with having an appointment, it seemed to take forever anyone to acknowledge us. During one visit, the girl who had handled been handling my order told us she was too busy with another bride to answer any questions. They didn't even call me when my dress came in. I had to call and check on it after the initial order and after the bustle was done. I will say, though, that my dress was absolutely gorgeous. I just wish the service had been a little better considering the amount of money I spent. Unless they have the dress of your dreams, I would recommend going to a local boutique where the service would be more personal.

I was easily able to find my dress here. The staff was very nice. It did take about 3 months to get my dress, but it was one of their dresses that they don't make until ordered. The dress was beautiful!

I found the dress that I absoultely loved at this shop, otherwise we would not have used them. It seemed like everytime we went into the shop wether there were 10 customers there or if we were the only ones, we had to wait for the people who worked there to finish their converstations before they even spoke to us. I went in three times and each time narrowed my choices down. The last time I went, we took my Dad and my bridesmaids to help choose between the two final dresses. Once we had chosen my dress we were ready to order it and they told me that I couldn't order that dress any longer because they didn't make it anymore. So I had to buy the one off of the showroom floor. Luckily, it didn't seem to have been tried on a lot, but still, it wasn't brand new. We got an amazing deal because of having to buy the dress off of the showroom floor, but we had to spend a lot in alterations because I needed a size smaller than I had been trying on. We went back in a few times after we purchased my dress to decide if we were going to buy bride's maid's dresses there, but ultimately decided not to because the staff was so unattentive.

Wow, I was given GREAT customer service here!! The staff helped me find my bridesmaid dresses in a very short amount of time. I had been searching for eggplant colored brides maid dresses for almost a year and couldn't find any until I found this store online. When I went up to the store, it was 4 weeks until my wedding and too late to have anything ordered. The staff there spent hours searching with me to find all the eggplant dress they had available in their warehouse that worked best with my bridesmaids sizes. We were able to find the 4 dress that I needed. One bridesmaid had to have the sides taken in and another had hers hemmed shorter, but for not being able to order a size, that worked out perfectly. My bridesmaids looked stunning in their dresses and I couldn't of been more happy with them. thank you so much to the staff that helped me! you helped made the best day of my life go a little more perfectly!

They have very beautiful dresses, but the person they send their dresses to for alterations is horriable. I had a long train and every where thear was a tie for the bustle you could see on the outside of my train and just ruined this beautiful dress. They sent it back for them to fix it and all the person did was put a single pearl over ever square on the train which made it stand out even more!
