Benvenuti's Ristorante

Benvenuti's did a wonderful job with our wedding cake! We had a particularly difficult cake design - a henna design. Celisse did a wonderful job with it, it surpassed our expectations. It was also amazingly delicious. She is able to do detailed designs on buttercream icing, we did not have to have any fondant on our cake! Henna is a very detailed and intricate design - ever other vendor we went cake testing with told us we would have to have the smooth foundation of fondant to make the cake look smooth and beautiful. But Celisse was able to do it without having to use the icky tasting fondant! It was quite amazing. And, surprisingly, she was cheaper than everyone else as well!

Celise made our wedding cake and our grooms cake for our wedding. We just loved both. Not only were they beautiful but they were the best tasting cakes ever! Our wedding cake was a 5 tier white cake with lotus blossoms and sugar cranes all over the cake. We had 1000 paper cranes at our wedding for good luck and celise did an amazing job creating sugar cranes for the cake. The grooms cake was a yellow submarine and it was fantastic. We even went back to Benvenuti's a year later and she made us a cake for our anniversary dinner.
