Bill Veazey's Party Store

They are very expensive! we used table cloths and chair covers but ended up taking the chair covers back because we found them cheaper at a flower shop.

Oh my goodness. I do not even know where to start. I do not recommend anyone ever using Bill Veazey's Party Store. They do not train their employees well enough that it causes a huge disaster for the bride and groom. The employees are very unprofessional and extremely rude. I cannot stress how unhappy I was the quality of service I received.

We rented wine glasses, flatware, plates and tablecloths from Veazey's. Everything was delivered on time. We didn't really have a problem until it was time to return the tablecloths. When we returned them they told us that they were ruined and that we owed them $1600! They said it was b/c the tablecloths has candlewax on them. I am sure we were not the first people to get candlewax on their tablecloths. And if they knew in advance this would ruin them, why didn't they warn us. It is a wedding, lots of people have candles. My parent's opted to take them back and see what they could do. Luckily, my sister is a caterer and knew a commercial grade cleaner. My parent's took them there and for about $150 they were as good as knew. It then made me think that maybe they were just trying to take advantage of us. Doing what they do, did they not know they could have gotten that stuff out with at a commercial grade cleaners?

Actually a lot of stuff was included with venue. However I did need them for chairs and there delivery was spot on. There very professional and I'm sure they could do a lot more for me had I asked.

I was so impressed with their service & products.We were a little disappointed because we rented a tent tables & chairs. The tent had a few tears in it that were just patched with tape. Some of the chairs were dirty & had to be cleaned upon delivery.Overall it was a good experience, but I would have been a little more picky if I had the time.
