Great store - was just in trying on dresses to see what I wanted, mine was the 2nd dress I tried on!! The sales people were not "selling me" but were more interested in helping me complete the look with no pressure to buy....bought my whole ensemble there and took it all home that day - spent only $1100 on EVERYTHING!!We also used them to order our invitations (got a percentage off for doing so) - NO problems - the proof was as written and they were delivered when promisedWe also used them for our bridesmaids dresses - again no issues, all sizes were correct and the dresses were all the same shade b/c we ordered them all at once so they were in the same dye lot

I was looking for an A-line dress when I came in. The lady kept pushing a Ballgown saying I'd look like a princess. I'm 5'0'' so I read that a ballgown would look like it was eating me up so I tried to stay away from that cut. But to please her, I tried it on. I had no one to tell me how it looked but she kept saying to was beautiful. It WAS! but it was also 400 dollars over what I was going to spend. weeks after I kept thinking about it. But they sold it and the only one left was in San Antonio. I drove to san antonio to get it and they were sooo packed I felt rushed and without trying it on again, i bought it. Stupid me... I tried it on when I got to my Fiance's in AUstin and it looked different. It was the same dress but this time, it didn't sit right. of course there's a no return policy so I was stuck with it. I spent an extra 200 to fix it but it still wasn't like to original dress i tried on. Same dress but this one was probably sewn different for some reason. We didn't have the money to buy another one so I wore it on my wedding day. It was pretty but just a little disappointed that it was the first one I tried on.The store got bought out by Alfred Angelo a couple months later.

I had a wedding dress already, but when my husband to be landed a part time job working in the tuxedo department at BridesMart, I went in to visit him and tried on a dress or two while I was there. Just for fun. As it turned out, I found the dress of my dreams. It was the most beautiful dress I had ever seen and I felt beautiful in it. I wanted it so bad, so I bought it. I came in a few times, for fittings, and accessories, as well appointments for them to bustle the dress and usually would say hi to my sweetie if he was working there that day. After one such visit, they told me that I couldn't come into the store anymore if my fiance was working. It wasn't professional for him to see me there. Which I can understand if we were having lengthy conversations... or something, but we weren't, and after I had spent thousands of dollars there, I thought I should have been treated kinder. I never visited the store after that, and consequently, my dress was never bustled, and I had to get alteration done elsewhere.
