Cafe Evoke Catering

This cafe bar was a great addition to our reception, and you should definitely use their service! They had the best coffee I've tasted state-side, for one. They also will dress however you wish. They can make any drink you can think of--think Starbucks and ask these guys. Plus, the company uses fair trade, shade grown, eco-friendly manufacturing, etc. whenever possible. They buy their espresso beans from an all-solar business in Washington. Fantastic. Tons of people said the coffee bar was an excellent touch!The only down side: We had asked for more detailed menu to provide our guests, and they never got around to sending it our way.

Excellent choice for something different for your guests. This company is very easy to reach via email and all of my guests loved the idea.

Evoke did a fantastic job! Everyone at my wedding, from young to old, loved their services, and were talking about it long after the wedding. I liked the fact that, unlike an alcoholic bar, everyone could enjoy Evoke�s gourmet drinks.
