The two videographers were wonderful. The lady who was in the room with me getting ready was extremely helpful (since my BMs weren't). The video turned out great. Somehow there was a glitch in their DVD's and I didn't get the majority of the wedding party (the vows & stuff). I called them on it, so they made new ones and sent me an entire new set with the other 5 we received. It was very nice of them to fix their mistake and give a little extra.
