My dress was beautiful and the person who helped me pick it out was wonderful but everytime I went they were EXTREMELY busy and she had to help 3-4 different brides at once, so there was a lot of waiting in between trying on dresses. After I bought my dress and all the bridesmaid dresses however is when everything seemed to go downhill. They wrote all the dress #s down as well as thier names and we were to call and order them at a different date for personal reasons. When it came time to ordering it was a cluster! They had all the wrong dresses for the wrong girls and had I not called to verify we would have got the wrong dresses in and been screwed for the wedding. There was more of a hassle with it then there should have been because it too 3 days to tell them which dresses to order when they already had everything in thier system they were just too lazy to figure it out. So needless to say, just becasue of the hassle of going back and forth and back and forth, I was not very pleased with my experience!

I purchased my dress on sale at David's Bridal, about 7.5 months before our wedding. If the dress hadn't been on sale, there's no way I would've bought it -- too expensive! But DB tried to make up for the sale by pushing hundreds of dollars worth of undergarments, tiaras, veils, shoes, etc. on me. I had a big problem with their customer service. I went in twice to try on dresses before I made a purchase. I worked with the same lady both times (not by choice). She was SO RUDE and made snide comments the entire time. Additionally, she had 2-3 other clients at the same time as my appointment, so I felt like she was just attentive enough to give me a new dress and help me change, and then she was gone. Maybe that's part of their sales tactic (leaving the bride-to-be alone to think), but it annoyed me because I felt like I had no time with her to ask her questions. When we purchased the dress, they signed me up to receive all these offers via e-mail, text, and phone calls. I had no idea they were going to sell my info to other companies. When I called to request they stop doing that, I was informed that I was "given the option to opt out of this service," when, indeed, I was NOT. No one ever said verbally or in writing that my information would be given to others, and I always read the fine print. They eventually put my name on the "do not call/text/e-mail" list, but it took awhile. I guess compared to a "designer store," DB is rather cheap, but I still was able to shop around and find things like undergarments, shoes, veil, etc. at other places for a cheaper price. The dress is beautiful and I'm glad I bought that one, but wish I could've worked with friendlier people in the process.

I worked with two women who were so helpful. Granted it wasn't a personal experience, they are working with several brides at once, but both ladies were so nice in helping me find my dress! I did have a bad experience with one of the managers, and there seemed to be a lot of sales associates just standing around not doing anything. Definitely make an appointment because they get very upset if you don't, which is silly! When you walk in you never know if you are going to deal with someone nice or mean, but I didn't care because I found my dress at a great price there!

David's bridal was overall a good choice. Once I got my dress, I was an unimportant customer though. I felt slight pressure to purchase more than I needed. My dress and bridesmaids dresses were beautiful, especially for the cost; however, I wish they cared about their customers more after the initial purchase.

Loved my dress and my brides maids dresses. However I was really disappointed when I had a scheduled appointment to try my dress on the lady who was helping me had disappeared and my mom and my sister were helping me try dresses on until my mom flagged a manager down complaining (wasn't a very happy moment).

The day I went to pick out my dress the store was very busy. I felt rushed and hurried. My sales person was also taking care of 2 other brides so I had to wait awhile in between changing dresses. This really cut into my alloted time. Luckily I had research the dress I wanted so I had it narrowed down, but it would have been nice to try on other dresses besides the 4 I got to.

The woman that actually fitted me and helped me try on dresses (Trish) was great! Very friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff was younger and not in any kind of hurry to help. Also if you have a question they don't know the answer and won't even pretend to look for one.

honestly i did not think i would find a dress at david's bridal i would like much less buy the first (and only) dress i tried on!! i received so many compliments on my gown and was very pleased with the service i received at the store. i got it very quickly even after the alterations, much faster than the estimate given to me (the same applies to my bridal party dresses). i definitely recommend going through their online site to find potential picks because it can be overwhelming when you're at the store. good luck!!

I went to David's Bridal in North OKC not far from Penn Square Mall. My consultant was wonderful. She was very sweet and patient. She was also very knowledgeable and skilled in helping me find the right size. When I went back to actually pick up the beautiful gown I ordered, my consultant was not at work that day so I was assigned another girl to help me try it on and find the right bra and petticoat. This other girl acted like I was a thorn in her side and taking up her precious time since she would not get commission for the dress, but a $70 bra and $100 slip instead. She kept leaving me waiting for her while I was naked in the dressing room as she kept running off trying to find a higher paying customer. I told the manager how unhappy I was and asked if the commission for the bra and slip could go to the wonderful consultant who had originally sold me the dress. The manager complied and the snotty little teenager who was not helpful at all got nothing from that sale. I would not hold it over the head of David's Bridal that they had one employee with a poor attitude, but it sure put a lot more stress on me. The first fitting before the dress was purchased went very smoothly. I actually bought the first dress I tried on because it was perfect. I had seen it in a bridal magazine and knew it was the one. It was more beautiful on than I imagined. It was straight A line and had a pink trim at the top that was sparkely, the back looked like a princess cape that fanned out pink and sparkely. I was overall pleased with my experience at David's Bridal.

I had shopped all day in the bridal boutique stores, and found nothing. Amanda Hogan was my bridal consultant at Davids and was absolutely wonderful. I walked out of there with the 3rd dress I tried on.

All bridesmaid dresses were purchased here. Several were from out of town, but they worked together to have all of our dresses arrive at the same location in a timely manner. Great!

Davids Bridal is always a really crowded place! At least where i live. They are very helpful though and you can get everything you need done there. I didnt have to go around town finding this and that. Also you can apply for a Davids Bridal Credit Card to help pay for everything. Which helped out so much! If i didnt have the card i wouldnt have had my dream dress!

David's Bridal usually gets terrible reviews and feedback so I was nervous about going there at all. But I was pleasantly surprised. The lady (Benita) was very helpful.....and very opinionated! But it was good to hear how I really looked in a certain dress because my mom and grandma just kept telling me I looked amazing. I did not order a dress through them....we found one on the clearance rack (!) that fit me perfectly and it was a beautiful dress. So I just paid for it that day and took it home, which was nice. I did have to take it back to them for some minor alterations and that made me nervous. But they do all their alterations right there in the store so at least it was not being shipped. But when I got it back, it was just fine. Looked even better, in fact! So for what I bought, at the price I paid, I was satisfied overall.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Retonia was my associate and she is awesome. She knows what she's doing. I told her what I liked and she pulled some dresses for me and I ended up getting the one she picked even though I didn't like it in the catalog. Always let the salespeople help you, usually they know what they are talking about. I would say the alterations department could use some work...

When I went to David's for my dress my service was wonderful. When I went for my veil this was not the case. I worked with Paula and she was great. Also, alterations were expensive.

David's Bridal is an amazing place to purchase your wedding dress!! Not only do they have extremely friendly and pleasant staff, but they are willing to help you in anyway. They helped me find the perfect wedding dress, make sure I got the right size, and worked out payment options. They even let me come back and try on wedding dresses (even though I already bought mine) just so my mom and grandma could be part of the experience. This is the best place I found to buy your dress, not to mention getting your dress there get your bridesmaids 20% off if they get their bridesmaid dresses there as well.

I would recommend starting your wedding dress search here. Make an appointment and they will do the rest. They made it way less stressful. This was the only place I went where they helped you put the dresses on and that is how my mom and I learned to do it by ourselves. The dress was beautiful and they did a great job fitting it to my body. The bridesmaid dresses were also from here and they had a great selection.
