Fancy Cakes, Etc.

Fancy Cakes, Etc. is awesome--- when I went in to pick out my cake, I had zero ideas in mind (and I'm not picky at all). Debra just opened up her portfolio of cakes on her computer and flipped through pictures until I saw one I really liked, and just like that,I had my cake picked out. All I had to do was give her a swatch of our wedding colors and pick out flavors. The cake was very tasty, although the only cake I had was at the tasting and the one bite my husband fed me at the reception :). The groom's cake was great too- we had a small 2 tier chocolate cake, and my husband picked out a logo to go on top.

Their chocolate (wedding) and strawberry (groom) cake was sooo delicious!... Both were so moist and their buttercream was amazing... We had a picture of how we wanted our cakes to look and they turned out great! Will go back to this vendor for other occasions.

The wedding cake and groom's cake were both perfect. Debra did a great job and was a pleasure to work with!

The florist and baker must not have communicated because we had to change the design of the cake at the wedding because flowers were missing. We paid extra for the fancy icing (that she assured us would not be bitter like other bakers, but it was pretty bad) Oh well, the cake itself was great!

Great price, especially when coupled with Thunderbird's allowance. The chocolate cake was incredible, as well as the fondant.
