Helzberg Diamonds

They didn't call us to let us know when our rings were in but other than that they are beautiful, of great quality and came at a good price.

I absolutely cannot find all the words to relate how happy I am with Helzberg Diamonds! I purchased my groom's ring and his wedding gift both from them. The ring is a special Scott Kay design and is beautiful and was competitively priced. However, the real reason for my taking the time to do this review is below: As with most brides, on my wedding day I was pressed for time. I had not purchased my groom's gift yet and had planned to pick it up the day of the wedding. This was because I knew specifically what I wanted and I didn't want to chance my hubby to be, accidentally stumbling across his gift. I decided to call Helzberg to see if I could tell them the item I wanted and pay for it over the phone, then I would have one of the bridal party swing by and pick it up for me. When I called I explained to the store clerk that I was getting married in a few hours and that I wanted to purchase an item from their store for my groom's gift. I told the clerk that I was running close on time and didn't think I was going to be able to come and pick up his gift myself. Then I asked her if I could pay for the item with my CC over the phone and have someone pick the gift up. The clerk said that should be ok and I told her what the item was so she could check stock. She returned to the phone and said that she had talked with her manager and that he said I would have to sign the receipt for the merchandise so I wouldn't be able to pay over the phone. Then, she went on to ask me where I was and what I was doing at the moment. I told her that I was driving to get my hair styled for the wedding. She asked how long I thought I would be with the stylist and I told her at least for an hour. To my surprise she then asked if I would sign for the gift if she brought it to me! I was so shocked. I hadn't dreamed that such a large company would go out of their way so much for me! I told her of course I would! Helzberg Diamonds delivered my groom's gift to me while I got my hair styled for my wedding! And, it wasn't like my stylist's shop was just around the corner, the shop was a good 30 minute drive from the Helzberg store. It is so refreshing to know there are large companies out there that still treat their customers with this kind of care. Helzberg Diamonds will forever have my business!

We got the bridal rings from Helzburg, they did not have a very good selection of grooms rings. Yet we had a wonderful experience with Helzburg. They were very helpful and understanding about our budget. I love my ring.

I love this place!!! Not only does Helzberg have gorgeous quality jewelry, but it's reasonably priced. Even if it was expensive, the customer service provided is worth the few extra dollars. I searched and searched for a jewelry store that could custom make my ring. Not only were other stores not able to do it, but they were rude and completely unfriendly. They almost seemed to judge me just because I was young. I finally found Helzberg where they custom made my perfect ring and I only spent $800. They made sure I was more than satisfied, but also that I was in awe of it. I go back all the time and take advantage of the free cleaning. Even still to this day they are friendly and the employees all remember me. It's a wonderful atmosphere and I will never get jewelry from any other store.

I Liked Helzberg's Diamonds. My wife liked her wedding ring, and engagement ring, but I thought that they tried a little too hard to sale u extras that we didn't really need.
