Not only did Samuel Gordon's give my now-husband an incredible deal on my engagement ring, but when we chose our wedding rings (since we couldn't afford them right away) our sales person called us to let us know that there was a 50% off sale on our rings!! They even extended the pricing for us so that we could secure financing.Another excellent service that Samuel Gordon's offers is free ring cleaning any time you visit--even if that is the only reason you came!

You should only buy your wedding rings from Samuel Gordon....no other jewelry store comes close to their level of service and value. They spent so much time helping me pick out my Husband's ring. My ring was not from Samuel Gordon but they totally helped me out in a pinch. A week before my wedding, I discovered a crack in the shank of the ring. My ring is from Zale's, and they said they would patch it not fix it and it would take 6 weeks to get it back. Samuel Gordon's replaced my whole band in less than a week for about 100 dollars. I could not be more pleased with their service!

We bought all of our rings from Samuel Gordons. They have wonderful customer service. We didn't feel any pressure at all to buy right away, and they let me try on as many rings as I wanted!!

The staff was great with helping us pick out the perfect rings. They were also great about ordering our rings and getting them in just in time for our wedding. They also did a great job re-sizing my engagement ring.

We had the best experience at Samuel Gordon's. We went to several stores to shop for rings, but found the perfect ones at Samuel Gordon's. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had by far the best selection to choose from and worked with us on the pricing. We even went back a couple of days before the wedding to get my rings cleaned and found the perfect bracelet to wear on my wedding day as well.

Samuel Gordon was great - my ring is beautiful, and they gave us great service. When the company they ordered the ring from messed up our order, they were quick to fix it, and even allowed me to wear the incorrect ring until the fixed ring arrived. They then were able to put my diamond into the correct ring in less than two hours and had it perfect for us with no extra charge or hassle. Their flexibility to meet our needs was great.

the staff at the jewelery store were WONDERFUL!!! On my honeymoon my husband's ring lost the diamond in it. I took it to the store when we got back and they just replaced it. No hassle no arguing. It was amazing!! We purchased the protection plan, so it covered getting my rings sautered (sp?) together and also getting it sized. Highly recommend!

I got my husband's wedding ring here. They really came down on the price for me, but of course they also priced the ring really high! They worked with me to get the price I wanted to include engraving, etc. The ring came in a little bit late, but it is gorgeous!
