I was not called back when my dress was finished being altered (like I had been told)...instead, I had to call them and question. Other than that, they are professional and worked well with me to try and find the best dress for me.

They treated me like I was the only one there. They got my dresses fitted well in advance before my wedding, held on to my dress and got it steamed and pressed before the wedding day. They did so much for me and respected my budget. They didn't pull out anything that was over my budget so there for i didn't feel bad about spending over my budget. My dress actually came off the 50% off rack and I absolutely loved it. They get an A+ from me.
