Some of the lowest prices you'll find for chair covers.They had enough to cover each of our chairs at our medium sized wedding of 200.

I was very disappointed in the service I received from U.S. Linen. Although I was required to pay for my linen order weeks before the event and required to provide them a credit card number so that the linens could be shipped to me, they chose to send the linens so that I would receive them the Thursday before my wedding. They are closed on Fridays. Upon receiving my linens, I was short 5 chair covers and my organza overlays were not shipped. Attempts were made to contact the company in hopes that they would be able to ship the missing products. Unfortunately, the office was closed. I had to rent chair covers from another vendor and was unable to locate overlays for my tables -- thus the look that I was going for had to be abandoned. We are still awaiting a call from U.S. Linen.

Poor customer service. Owner unaccountable for mistakes. IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They are about $0.50 less per chair cover than other linen rental companies, but I would highly recommend going with another company to save yourself the stress. They have owed me money for 4 months now and I doubt I will ever see it. I filed a negative report with the BBB, and their response was "all of our customers need to stop making things up."Stay away!

When it came to booking my weekend, I had NO problems getting an email response, they NEVER answer the phone! I was able to communicate well through email until I got a letter from a collections company (months after my wedding) because US Linen did not pay the shipping bill. I had a contract with them (they changed their policy months after I had signed a contract with them but months before my wedding) and the price I was given included shipping both ways. They were very unprofessional and Claudia is really rude. I guess it's true what they say, you get what you pay for. My advice, pay more to deal with a professional company.

STAY AWAY! I had a contract and deposit with this company to send me 150 chair covers, and sashes, and they called me 3 days before my wedding to tell me that they had sold out! WHO DOES THAT? They had over-booked how many they had and there was nothing they could do for me. I informed the owner that there had to be something he could do. He said no, and apologized, but that was not good enough in my book. I felt like Jerry Seinfeld, "you know how to take the reservation, but you just don't know how to hold the reservation". I let the owner know how disappointed I was, and he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional, and not worth the headaches.(My caterer bailed me out by calling around, and arranged to have everything done- I was very appreciative!)
