We encountered very friendly and professional people while shopping at Zales. No pressure, we got to look as long as we wanted. They even helped us with a payment plan for my ring. Loved the experience here.

I can't personally say much about this Zales, because it was my husband that did the shopping, duh. I do know that they had the ring sized overnight for us, and they were very helpful w/ helping him find the ring we had shopped for once before. The ring we got was on sale from when we had seen it before and its perfect. The Zales corporation offers a fantastic warranty on their products and a lifetime guarantee on all their diamonds.
